These services may include armed response, guarding services, riot control, special operations, escorting of valuable items, technical security installations (alarms, CCTV, access control), and related support services.
You may be bound by additional written agreements relating to specific services or security contracts you receive from us. Where additional contracts conflict with these Terms, the terms of those specific contracts shall prevail.

9. Returns, Defects and Replacements
9.1 Inspection on Delivery
You are responsible for inspecting all products, equipment and hardware upon delivery or installation. Any visible defects, damage, missing components or incorrect items must be reported to Blue Hawk Tactical in writing within 7 (seven) days of receiving the goods.
9.2 Defective Products – Replacement Policy
If a product supplied by Blue Hawk Tactical is found to be defective within 7 (seven) days of delivery, and such defect is verified by us, we will, at our discretion and to the extent permitted by law:
- Repair the product; or
- Replace the product with the same or equivalent product.
As a general rule, we do not offer cash refunds for defective products and will first seek to repair or replace the item, unless a refund is expressly required by applicable South African law.
9.3 Non-Defective Goods
We are under no obligation to accept returns or provide refunds for goods that are not defective, including (but not limited to):
- Change of mind;
- Incorrect product ordered by you;
- Products correctly supplied and functioning as intended.
Any acceptance of a return for non-defective goods is entirely at the discretion of Blue Hawk Tactical and may be subject to handling or administrative charges.
9.4 Installed and Configured Security Equipment
Where products form part of an installation, configuration or commissioning of a security system (alarms, CCTV, access control, panic systems, etc.), such products are considered part of a customised solution. Once installed and functioning correctly, they are not returnable for a refund. Any faults or failures will be dealt with in terms of our repair and replacement process and/or any applicable warranty.
9.5 Return Process
Where a return or replacement has been approved:
- You may be required to return the product to a nominated Blue Hawk Tactical address, or
- We may arrange collection, site inspection or removal, depending on the nature of the product and installation.
You remain responsible for the safekeeping of the product until it has been returned or inspected.
9.6 Compliance with Applicable Law
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer or contractual law. Where the law grants you a stronger right to a refund or replacement than set out above, Blue Hawk Tactical will comply with such legal requirements.
10. Idea Submission
Do not submit concepts, inventions, or intellectual property to us unless we have signed a relevant agreement (e.g., NDA). Any unsolicited submission grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use such content.
11. Termination of Use
Blue Hawk Tactical may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the website at any time without notice. We are not liable for any resulting loss or inconvenience.
12. Warranties & Liability
This website and its content are provided “as is” and may contain errors. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of accuracy, availability, security, and suitability.
We do not guarantee that:

- Products or services purchased will meet your expectations (though our operational service agreements may contain additional guarantees).
